Stories Time Forgot 4

Crash! Everyone froze. I cringed. Why do metal food trays have to be so loud? Miss Bell, the principal, burst through the cafeteria doors.”What happened!? Who made this mess!?” Every hand was pointing at me.”Ronald! You clean this up right now!” She said, glaring. I sighed and started mopping up A mix of peanut butter and mashed potatoes. Once Miss Bell was gone, everyone burst out in giggles and whispers. I felt my ears turn red and I scrubbed harder. When I finally finished, It was time for classes again. I groaned and grabbed my bag for math. When I got to my classroom, my teacher, Miss Shanen, was waiting for me at the door. “Ronald, you are late again. Please give me homework and get ready for our quiz.” She said, closing the door behind me. I reached inside my bag, but it wasn't there! I quickly scanned the classroom, and there was Cooper, grinning smugly. “Well, Where is it?” she asked impatiently.
“Um…” I looked around for help, but everyone pretended to be busy studying. “My dog ate it?” I answered sheepishly. The class roared with laughter. Miss Shanen was not amused.

  1. I love the pictures you choose for your posts. They pull the stories together so well. I can feel his embarrassment and the difficulty of his situation because you describe it so well.
